SAT / ACT Test Prep.
On the SAT and ACT exams, we recognize the importance of aiming for a score that closely approaches the maximum attainable. Our individualized curriculum incorporates optimal strategies gleaned from a variety of guides and practice books. It involves a three-stage process, review of previously acquired knowledge by topic, a mix review, and the revelop test-taking strategies.
Stage 1
Review Knowledge:
Help students Identify and review the key topics of math covered in the SAT and ACT.
Go through the material systematically, revisiting concepts from previous years. This is an opportunity to help students to refresh understanding of fundamental concepts.
Practice problems related to each topic to solidify students’ understanding.
Stage 2
Mix Review:
Once students have ve reviewed individual topics, shift to mixed-topic practice. This stage simulates the test-taking environment more accurately.
Focus on timed practice sessions to build students’ ability to manage time effectively during the actual exam.
Identify and address weak areas. If students struggle with specific question types or topics, allocate more time to review and practice them.
Stage 3
Develop test-taking strategies. Understand the format of the questions and the best approaches to answering them.
Practice with full-length, timed practice tests to simulate the actual testing conditions. This helps students to build endurance and familiarity with the pacing required for math section.
Review and analyze mistakes. Understand why students got certain questions wrong and learn from those errors.
Work on time management. Allocate time wisely during the test to ensure that students can answer as many questions as possible.
